This beautiful machine is very easy to work with. Sews smoothly and precisely and the arrange of stitches is very good. I spent afternoon testing them all. The auto thread cut is great, new to me as my 25 year old machine did not have this function. The LCD screen is clear and the instructions manual too. The extension table is a bonus when working with larger pieces. I would recommend this machine to a beginner.

GUR has great range of sewing machines in very competitive prices. It was excellent customer service and fast delivery as well as fab finance options that made me buy from them. I did my research and knew what I wanted and needed.
Machine is even better than I thought and I feel spoiled, it is such a treat. It gives your sewing that beautiful finishing touch. I am a very new cover stitch machine user but I trust I couldn’t have made a better choice. Janome and GUR together I can really recommend.

Serious lack of communication. Made order and heard nothing for 7 days. I therefore made contact to be told the item was coming direct from Janome and that they would themselves contact me. The item arrived before Janome had made contact and in fact they did not make contact. A little information would reduce the frustration.

We accept that there was communication faliure on this order, the item was out of stock and we paid Janome extra to get the item out but Janome themselves were struggling l;ike everyone to dispatch orders on time like everyone else and missed the chance to notify customer.

Lovely fabric. Pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived. Disappointed that I was not able to order any haberdashery to complete the project.

Perfect service from start to finish. Spoke to them in the phone then placed order on line. Part of my order wasn't in stock but it arrived less than a week later. Would definitely recommend and have already recommended them to friends .

However the panel I received was the Hobbit and not the one I ordered. Didn’t bother to return it as I intend to use it on the back of a quilt although my daughter would still have preferred the other.
That said I would still use GUR again

We were unable to get this model, as it was out of stock and would be for several weeks. The owner/manager called us to explain the situation. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and he recommended a Janome alternative that we are very happy with. Delivery was prompt and secure.

I purchased the Janome hem guide in May. It arrived very quickly and was packed securely. I ordered online which was very straightforward. I’m really happy with the guide. It was a good price. Total no hassle purchase. I’ve order a few times from GUR and have found them great. Their customer service is excellent. They are more than happy to discuss your purchase and help with any recommendations.i find them first class to deal with

Price increased by £30 in a matter of hours from the morning to the afternoon so wasnt very pleased about this, But this apart the dispatch was very fast and received within 2 days (this was brilliant considering we are in lockdown and delivery are delayed). This sewing machine is brilliant really good value for money even with price increase, would recommend GUR and this item, 5 * thank you.

I am very pleased with the service I received. There was an initial problem with my order but this was speedily resolved and my sewing machine was delivered promptly.

Overlocker received after confusion with carrier as received notification that it had been cancelled when it had not. Overlocker arrived, bin for overlocker arrived a week later but still waiting for the iron and have heard nothing hence only four star review.
