I did alot of research before committing to this machine. I looked at it longingly for a week before taking the plunge and re threading it! why did I wait a week.....simple. It runs like a dream, it is tidy, quiet and I Love it.
I ordered it one day, it came the next. My only quibble is the collection tray whose clip snapped off on the 2nd use. It can be used with it sat on table but I am still waiting to hear back from Steve in regards to a replacement. I believe he is on the case. He has asked for the serial no and I am looking forward to a replacement tray. (After I bought it I told my sewing friend about it who bought one too, she is as happy as me!!)

I'm so pleased I bought this machine and wish I'd got one before now...it complements my sewing machine in so many ways.The machine is sturdy and clearly of very good quality. .a solid build.Threading is much easier than expected and the dvd was very useful.I am particularly happy with the price I paid and feel I got a very good deal especially as the purchase included five free feet.I know I've got much to learn but am really enjoying becoming acquainted with it and it's features.Delivery was very quick and payment problem sorted very quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service from beginning to end, the machine i originally ordered wasn't available for a few weeks and I needed one straight away. Fantastic service, I selected another machine and Gur were Fantastic in arranging the delivery and changes needed. Machine sews perfect and I'm a very happy customer.

I love This machine. It’s my first overlocker and I’m new to sewing since lockdown. I’ve found it very easy to thread, which is great considering reports of other machines being a nightmare and scaring people from buying overlockers. I’m learning how to use it with great success, so far so good.

I cannot, yet, make comment about the sewing machine purchased for my wife, but can confirm that the standard of delivery and communication was excellent. Bought DQS 405 in sale and some extras also.Great deal,fast delivery,everything perfect. Came to use machine and i just didnt like it [i dont know exactly why.....its me].I am a creature of habit and it wasnt the machines fault i am fussy[old habits].

I wanted to purchase the Janome Atelier 6 after doing some research and called GUR machines to check delivery times. I ended up getting very helpful advice over the phone to check if it was the right machine for my needs, and so far I think it's wonderful! Sews smoothly and quietly, I love the computerised interface and it feels very sturdy. I look forward to trying out all of the features over the next few weeks. My local sewing machine shop ran out of stock of this particular machine, just as I placed the order, so sourced elsewhere at the same price which included delivery. Much appreciated when you live in Aberdeenshire. Service and delivery was excellent. Received machine within 48 hours.

Placed an order in the morning for a Janome Memory Craft sewing machine and it arrived the next morning. It is an ex-demonstrator machine and is like new. Very happy with my machine and I am quilting away!

I am a fabric addict and I love this design. I always have a great experience with this company, very efficient service which includes communication. What tops this company for me is they fold the fabric the perfect which is very important.

So far absolutely love this machine. Comes threaded with reels of white thread, and easy to change when needed. Stitches lovely and not noisy. The only thing I would if liked would be a cover for the machine as had one with my last one. Delivery was next day so happy all round.

Found your website for ordering difficult and as I live abroad, I had to land up using the telephone and speaking to an extremely kind and helpful man, who expedited my order easily, but I still had to have your website open for him to access the information as my speaking it was not enough. Your star rating would only have been a 3 except for this gentleman. I have no idea who he is, but you should investigate and give him a huge pat on the back for a job well executed and done very cheerfully.

I was looking at a particular sewing machine and phoned Palma to ask him about it. After asking me what I wanted the machine for he advised me to buy a Janome Atelier 3 and patiently explained why it was the ideal  for me. The machine arrived exactly at the right time on the right day and I couldn't be happier. It is a sturdy well built machine with lots of features. I have since spoke to Palma regarding purchasing extra accessories and he has always been friendly, patient and most importantly, honest. I would have no hesitation in recommending speaking to Palma and buying from GUR to anyone. First class service.

I ordered my Brother Innov-is V3 embroidery machine on the 2nd June 2020 during the course of that evening. It arrived very well and safely packaged on the 4th June 2020. In my opinion and in the current climate, the service was exceptional. The machine itself is fabulous. I have had so much fun with it and it is easy to learn how to use with a very good and informative handbook.

I recently purchased a new Janome sewing machine from GUR so these items are for that. The on line ordering was simple and the products were with me quickly. Excellent service!

Good machine I found it hard to thread, the eye of needle is very small and I had to take needle out to thread and then put it back that is only thing wrong with it.

Brilliant! Bought this on behalf of my mum as somehow she had managed to loose her pedal for a machine she hadn’t used yet 😁 set it up for her last week and it’s brilliant, great price too, cheapest I could find - highly recommend!

I'm still waiting for GUR to get me this foot as they are hard to come by. I have found GUR have kept me up to date with the transaction, and whenever I've had to phone, I've been treated with great kindness. As I'm old and deaf I very much appreciate their it.
 

I couldn't have asked for better service. Having placed an online order, I was phoned by GUR the following day to say that unfortunately the machine I had ordered was out of stock, but that they would provide me with the next model up for the same price. The machine arrived the following day, and I have been very happy with it.
