TESTIMONIALS

I ordered this Jaguar machine to replace a 43 yr old machine which, apart from the Singer treadle I learned to sew on at school, is the only sewing machine I've ever used. I'm so pleased with it I don't know where to start! It weighs about a quarter of my old machine, and it sews SO much more smoothly, and it's SO quiet. I didn't realise sewing machines had advanced so much when I wasn't looking! My grateful thanks to GUR for making the purchase transaction simple and hassle free. And absolutely no problems with the delivery of the machine and one or two after-sale questions. Can't recommend highly enough.

Thank you so much GUR for all your assistance with this machine. You were so patient in trying to get it into my car, and we got there in the end. I have now managed to find the time to use it a couple of times and it is truly wonderful.
I couldn't have asked more from you, you were briliant.

Got this as a Christmas Present, and am over the moon with the service I received, to get it in time. A special mention has to go to Tremain, who could not do enough to help when there was a misunderstanding with the delivery Date and time, Superb customer support. Thank you so much Everyone. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all.

Super service again. The lamp is excellent for my sewing and the variable power means I can adjust the brightness as the day passes. Thanks.

brilliant service, my item arrived broken and it was immediately replaced, thank you GUR, will be buying again.

Order process was straight forward. Everything I needed on one site and very competitive prices.
Customer care and communication was excellent.
Company recommended by a friend and I will be recommending to mine.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my wife, customer service was good I had few queries which were answered quickly and delivery was in time for the big day.

The driver set the cabinet up and gave some instructions on use, the cabinet itself is as described on the site well made and sturdy.

I will probably by buying the draw pack for it at some point though at the moment I’m not sure it’s available in the weathered oak finish, hopefully it will be at some point soon ?

I googled for the sewing machine extension table I wanted online. Your company came up and had the best price around. But before I ordered I checked out your reviews . They were very good so I confidently placed my order.
I was not disappointed - my order arrived incredibly quickly! I am really impressed . I will definitely use your company again.

Fast delivery and able to take advantage of PayPal’s 0% offer. Competitive price and good communications.

Great price for the item, prompt communication when answering queries about the status of the order and delivered as per communications.

Just tried it today due to having a flue virus. BUT I love it. I have purchased all my machines ( JANOME) from your company. They are my little gems.

Very fast delivery. I love my machine. Customer service was excellent. Will deffinitely order from you guys again.

The material is an excellent quality, and looks even better than that picture. I can't wait to make something out of it.

These guys had exactly what I wanted in stock and at a competitive price too. Great communication, answered my query really quickly, will definitely use again!

I ordered 3 metres of fabric from GUR and it arrived within a few days. It was wrapped securely and the quality is excellent for the very reasonable price. I would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent service. Was able to track delivery progress and was given a one hour time slot. Everything went very smoothly. Thank you

I have made several purchases from GUR over the years and have never been disappointed. I find their prices to be very competitive and the service is first class.

Couldn't get hold of the product I had ordered but let me know and offered a refund which was promptly paid. All in all a good experience and very good customer service.

Ordered 3 packs if variious size machine needles. Arrived quickly and very reasonably priced. Will differently be ordering again.

Took advantage of the Black Friday deal and bought a selection of accessories fir my Janome HD9. I was very pleased with the service I received. I had a change of mind about one of my items and my request to cancel that particular item was handled with speed and efficiency. I would definitely recommend buying products from GUR sewing. Great service, great prices.

I bought this lovely sewing machine on a really good a Black Friday deal - it came with a separate Quilting Kit too.

I have been sewing for many years and am an experienced dressmaker as well as making quilts and all types of soft furnishings - so a good reliable machine is essential for me.

I attend a lot of classes and my other machines - a 24 year old a Pfaff Tiptronic is still giving exceptional service and my 3year old Husqvarna Opal (another great Black Friday deal!) are much too heavy to take to class. I researched on line for a new lighter weight machine and bought the Jaguar DQS 450. I am very pleased with this machine. It has everything a new or more experienced sewer needs. The free motion aspect is very important to me and I will make full use of the added Quilt kit.

All round - fast speedy trouble free ordering and delivery. Staff are most helpful too. Well done to GUR. First class service all round. Xx

Highly recommended

My goods came very promptly and well packaged. This item gives a good flat working surface and fits my machine very well.

First time ordering fabric from GUR. Lovely fabric but was taking longer than expected to arrive. However customer service was excellent because when I queried it, I got an immediate reply and then the fabric arrived very quickly after that.
I’ve now ordered some more. Thanks for great service.

I've always had good experiences with GUR for small purchases so they were a natural choice when I wanted to buy an overlocker and I was not disappointed. I chose the airthread and found it extremely straightforward, despite this being my first overlocker. Stitch quality is all that I have come to expect from Janome machines and the free gift of thread was a great addition allowing me to get started as soon as the overlocker was unpacked.

Easy to use website and very friendly staff who helped with arranging the delivery. One item out of stock but came within a few days as promised.

I am pleased with the item I ordered. It came to me when stated. I would have preferred to choose the feet for the machine. Good overall.

Item was just what I was looking for. Ordered online and received within a couple of days. Many thanks.

Received quickly and well packed. Had a small issue with one of the blue cotton overlocker cones as this was in an opened bag and had a grease mark across many layers of the thread. Quickly resolved after reporting to GUR and replacement cone received within days. Thank you.

I purchased an extension table for the Brother 1034D which I would give 5* to, it fits the machine well and is very useful.
The extension table for the NV1100 I would only give 2* to, in the picture it has 6 legs, I think this style would be good, however, the one delivered has 4 legs leaving it wobbly and saggy in the middle! Doesn't feel as stable and secure as the smaller. It's a lot bigger so I think should have had the 6 legs. I wish brother's own extension table for the NV1100 was bigger as it's a much more sturdy and well-made piece of kit. I have that for my V5. GUR service was good as usual, no problems there.

Great prices, well packaged and super fast delivery. Delighted with purchase and will definitely buy again. Recommended seller

Good quality bag. I’m happy with it and fits Singer over Locker with room for extra storage.
Unfortunately I had to chase the order up as there was no communication about it being temporarily out of stock

Fantastic !! Really pleased with my purchase and extremely impressed with the fact that it got to me in France within three working days !! Will definitely be purchasing from GUR in the future, thank you

Seems a great deal, good website and im able to select the actual day of delivery (seems simple but many dont offer this) just not sure where the free bag offer disappeared too that showed up for orders over £100.

Oh well, can't have everything

Always a pleasure to deal with, they carry a wide range of stock and are very knowledgeable about it.
Sensible prices and fast delivery, what more could anyone ask.
Highly recommended

Brilliant service as always. I have ordered from GUR before and find the system easy to use. Delivery is always prompt.

All excellent products from an excellent products from an excellent company

I purchased this to make for a Christening present. after starting it became apparent there wasnt enough of one colour but i was pleased customer servicesresponded quickly and it was provided. Instructions were clear and concise and the rg is now finished and hopefully will be liked. Very impressed with the customer service.
Product is good although expensive for what it is.

Company great to deal with. Very helpful. Delivery was exceedingly fast. would buy from GUR again.

Generally thrilled with machine, love the needle threader, no tangle bobbin take-up thread and needle up down. It is the first non slip power foot control I have ever had,(don't have to use nonslip mat). I hope to get used to the reverse button as I am used to an up down lever or button. I couldn't stop a slight puckering when sewing a very fine poly cotton. using a lower tension didn't help. however it was barely noticeable after I had trimmed the seam. I am hoping to use my walking foot with it.

great to have such efficient service and not have to pay postage and packing. The tilda fabric was at a great price and excellent quality. This is the second time I have bought Tilda fabric on the site and I've been very impressed on both occaisions. thank you.

Ordered a sewing machine had trouble ordering product however sent an email which was replied to promptly advising how to order I was still experiencing problems with my card so company rang me and took the order over the phone. My order was perfect. The 3 fabrics I ordered were delivered quickly. I had questions regarding shipping, the customer service was excellent.
