I ordered this for my Opal sewing machine and it works like a charm...No more stretching knit fabric as you try to sew as the material can all be placed on the extension table while you work. No stretching from your lap to the machine... The delivery was very fast and it came well packed I will be ordering from this company again

I had a great experience with one on your sales staff, Steve. He was very patient and thorough. There was some difficulty with the pricing: on your system the price was changing as it should, but despite reloading the website several times, the wrong price continued to show on my computer. Anyway, we made the deal over the phone in the end and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Steve emailed me with the whole purchase details. I love the machine, but am slightly disappointed with the extension table as it moves when quilting. I thought the better quality table was offered in the deal and when this one came it had to be assembled and as it is, I'm not sure it's actually much use. Other than that, I think I had a very good purchasing experience. Well done, Steve.

This item arrived in good time.
The only thing I don't like is the needle size is not printed on the needle. Therefore you will need to ensure you always keep the needle away from any others and in the packaging.

I live in France and orders normally take 5 working days, this one however took over 2 weeks. Sent an email to ask when it was despatched, and had a reply straight away, the post let us down this time, but GUR were very helpful as usual, always kind helpful and understanding.

I ordered a new hoop for my embroidery machine. The hoop was in stock and shipped very quickly. It arrived in France within a couple of days. I had an additional question which was answered promptly. I can heartily recommend this shop.

The site was easy to navigate and use and the part ordered arrived the following day. The foot is robust (unlike some I have seen) and has received a lot of use since delivery.

My first experience shopping with GUR and it was all good. The description of the lamp was excellent and the ordering/delivery service went smoothly. Simple self assembly was straightforward. The lamp is perfect. I do a lot of tapestry and knitting and wanted something which would provide good task lighting without blinding other people in the room. I would not have chosen such a modern style, but needed the functionality of the light. As it stands behind the sofa the top is really unobtrusive so it's not a problem at all. Love the touch controls and the choice of colours. I have used it a lot since purchase and am very pleased.

Not prepared to give testimonial due to poor after sales in relation to unresolved usb issue on previous machine. Basically guarantee and warranty not worth a sook. Do not have room to keep cardboard box with polystyrene inserts.
Will be buying elsewhere in future...

GUR Reply: Sorry that we have upset you, we have the same rules for all our customers, if any machine under warannty need attention we will collect free of charge on the understanding you have the orginal packaging...in the past we have had so many machines damaged in transits because of poor packing by customers, if customer has no packing we will still solve any repairs as long as the customer returns the product to our repair department.
