TESTIMONIALS

I ordered a few fabrics, FQ etc in the clearance which were bargins! Lovely Gutermann fabric, good quality. I will definitely check out the sales earlier next time! Colours were pretty accurate too! Also, Gur were quick to notify me when FQ were sold out. No problems with orders. Will keep checking this website for offers!

Exceptional price for a sturdy machine. I had telephoned to speak to an advisor as I specifically wanted a lightweight machine to take to workshops as I already had a larger Pfaff which I also purchased from GUR. I am very pleased with this machine, also the Pfaff and a Janome embroidery machine I also purchased from GUR. I find they are so willing to advise and the follow up if there are queries exceptional. I would not purchase a sewing machine from anywhere else. The delivery was rapid and I was even told a time slot for delivery. I am very pleased.

The process and delivery of the items was good. I have bought from you before and I have recommended you to others.

Excellent service. The coverlock clear view foot was put to use immediately and has proved very useful indeed.

a true delight to buy from I have bought sewing machine and varies other things and has always would highly recommend

Everything went like a charm, with the pens arriving sooner than expected.
Would definitely order through GUR in the future!

Items received well packaged and perfect. Easy to order, competitive prices and everything is good quality. Excellent all round service.

As I had not received my item for over two weeks from the order date I rang and explained. The person who I spoke to was very helpful and explained the situation. I duly received my item within two days of contacting the company.
Thankyou very much

Beautiful fat quarter fabrics, great quality.
The Jelly Roll is the firstr I have ever bought and it is already bringing me a lot of pleasure - what a lovely selection of designs and again lovely quality.

Postage still a bit slow! 8 days for delivery.

Purchased the cantilever sewing box. Really pleased. Excellent quality - very well made. Would definitely recommend.

After seeing this lamp in friend’s sewing room, it was just what I needed for my sewing work...esp with aging eye-sight. It will a great asset on the grey days of winter & such excellent design,
Excellent prompt delivery...thank you.

Thank you for the order which arrived a bit earlier than anticipated as it was on special order. The website experience wasn't very good as a floating dialogue box informing me of other people's purchases kept getting in the way...very very irritating and unwanted (I do not care nor want to know about what other people have bought!) I mentioned this and a couple of other points to the young man I spoke to (very helpful) when I had to call to get a query answered. Haven't used the needles yet but I do not anicipate any problems.

Brilliant Service! Brilliant Sewing Machine!
I am so pleased with the online service GUR gave and the sewing machine I purchased is a delight to use!
Being able to purchase such a high quality machine at such a good price was a dream come true!
The delivery was exceptional, I am in France but the service was quicker than regular post, it only took 3 days!
I would recommend using GUR to anyone who wants to buy a good quality sewing machine at a great price!

Excellent service, providing a Quality item at a reasonable price. Thank you for a very professional service. I will certainly be buying more products from you and will be reccomending to others. 5 star well done.

I have been a customer of GUR for many years now and can honestly say that their service and quality is first rate. I highly recommend this company for being specialists in all things. Thank you for your excellent service.

Excellent although a bit confusing regarding the payment at the end so consequently have made the order twice so unfortunately I will have to return one of the orders but thank you for your service .

The sewing machine bag is great quality, big size and looks great. I highly recommend this item.

Lovely machine, great price and fantastic service. Have recommended GUR to my daughter-in-law.

Super service!
Ordered one day, delivered the next.

Ordered over the telephone this morning. The young man was very helpful. Very impressed with the service. Will use GUR sewing superstore again.

Great service as always, no hassle very prompt. Will continue to shop with confidence with GUR the sewing store.

Everything I ordered was fine my plexi table only just arrived but I appreciate they have to be cu5 to fit thank you

Excellent quality item, speedy delivery, a measure to do business ad I shall return again.

Very pleased. The hoop was sent out the same day I ordered it and I got it very quickly. It was was very well packed. Great service here. Will buy again and tell my friends to buy here too.

Still havent got it, was emailed the week after i ordered to see if i was okay waiting throught that week. I was, they didnt delivery apparently its in the post. We'll see. Poor communication and no product that''ll be 1 stars

The sewing box was lovely, well made and a good size with various compartments. Very good value and a lovely present.

Had a small hiccup.wrong itam sent .But customer services soon sorted it out whith no problem .very satisfied over all good.

easy to find what you want on their system, and correct part arrived when it was expected, will certainly order from GUR again

Brilliant service well packed and arrived when stated could not ask for more thanks

Bobbin case arrived very quickly after placing the order, so obviously an efficient company. The postage packaging was in tact, however, the plastic packaging inside, enclosing the bobbin case was damaged, but this could have been due to poor handling by delivery staff.
Unfortunately, the bobbin case has not improved the function of my machine, but again, that has nothing to do with the service and efficiency of GUR sewing company and I would not hestitate to order from them again. I should also add that the price I paid was a great deal cheaper than anywhere else and I also received a 5% discount, so all in all, a good experience!

Lovely bag, large main compartment with an internal and an external pocket. Cute pattern fabric, arrived quickly and half the price of some on line.

Lovely products - I am very happy
Postage very slow - took a week.

Lovely practical lamp. Great value, ex display model, totally unblemished. Well packaged and good delivery time. Thank you

An amazing experience, excellent customer service and delivery was speedy! Can’t wait to order more goods!

Despite the fact they were unable to supply the item I had ordered as their suppliers were out of stock, I would have no qualms about ordering again as I received three very courteous emails explaining, apologising and refunding my money.

Excellent service and product as are all machines and items I buy...thank you!

Great website and quick purchase of a specialist product difficult to find at other sewing sellers.

Good Product for an excellent price cheapest I found on line! Very smooth transaction as always.
Delivery time as promised.

Ordering the kit was quite straightforward and, as it was over the New Year period I was pleased with how quickly I received it.
The kit itself is wonderful and the fact the threads were ready sorted was a bonus.
I would recommend you.

This was a fantastic purchase. Firstly the hooks are great really comfortable to us and good quality. Secondly the service was great too. Really good price, free delivery, what more can you ask for?! I’ve just ordered another hook in fact!

Service was excellent. Easy to order. Now I can use bigger spools of thread, works out cheaper. Bag is just right for taking to workshops.

Everything fine with the machine, it seems very good quality and exactly what I was expecting, although I haven't had time to actually use it much yet. The only problem was one with delivery, for some reason it was initially sent to the wrong address, not sure how that could have happened, so I didn't receive it as quickly as expected, hence four stars instead of five. I would definitely purchase from GUR again though.

I'm a repeat customer. I keep coming back because the prices are good and I never have problems with my orders.

not very good service at all, this was supposed to be next delivery, still not received. cannot contact customer service

Excellent site to order from. Very easy transaction. My beautiful fabric arrived quickly. Well packaged. It is an absolute dream to work with and looks absolutely gorgeous on my 10 month old Grandson. I have made a pair of pyjamas, which are super warm and cuddly and now I'm in the middle of making a rag quilt.. I purchased 2 metres as it's quite hard to find gorgeous flannel/wynciette in the UK. Well done to GUR.

GUR: Thank you for the nice comments, is it possible for us to share the images of the work you have created on our facebook please.
