All large items have been delivered in excellent packaging and via a reliable delivery service who offer delivery day options and on the day a delivery slot of 1hr. This is super as we plan our time around the delivery. I've had several now and all have been spot on. Down to the last 5 minutes on one occasion. Never late
I have used both online and phone call purchasing and prefer the phone call for some items as the staff have had the knowledge of their products to advise and help without 'encouraging sales'.

Great little machine, my other machine is a Bernina B350, so really super machine and I must admit at first I was a little disappointed, but I suppose that's like comparing a Rolls Royce and a basic Fiesta. Both do a great job, one has a few more bells and whistles and better ride quality.
Now I have used it a bit more its spot on, a lovely basic stitcher and it seems to be great value for money.
I am hoping to buy 5 more machines in the near future, as I am starting to run classes, so I shall be back! Many thanks for friendly and efficient service!
Fantastic service! I phoned up because I was unsure which walking foot would fit my older model machine. The person I spoke to went and checked with a colleague and I placed my order there and then. Within 5 mins I received confirmation of order and despatch. My walking foot arrived by first post the following day.

Would be a 5* rating except for delivery. Advertised as Next Day Delivery. Ordered on 5th Feb, had not arrived by 7 Feb so emailed company. Response received 4 days later on 11 Feb that item was out of stock and then delivered on 12 Feb. Had I received email on 6th Feb that item was out of stock with a forecast date this would have been acceptable

I was a little wary of ordering online for such an expensive item, but the sales person was very helpful, gave me a great deal and I received my sewing machine the day after. Absolutely wonderful customer services. The original purchase arrived promptly but developed a fault within a couple of uses. ~the Customer service team were extremely helpful and sent out a new Ruffler the next day, without waiting for me to return the original (now returned).

I am very pleased with the GUR500. The machine was delivered on the next working day and I had information sent for delivery time. It seems well made without being too heavy. It stitches very well and I have tested it on fleece,denim and lightweight fabric.
I had to thread separately and run the threads in opposite directions to twin needle stitch. I have to reduce the stitch for the return buttonhole bar. The buttonhole is very neat. The needle threader is brilliant and works easily,even though I am losing my eye sight.
I am very pleased with the machine and feel that it is excellent quality for a reasonable price.
Telephoned their call centre to see if they would price match and item that we required, decision made in an instant. Price was matched and item despatched the same day. Really impressed by the way the call centre handled everything. I would recommend GUR to anyone . Good old fashioned service with a smile, don't get that very often these days.

I'm very satisfied with the Janome bias tape binder. It's easy to use and gives a good result.
I was dubious about whether it would be worth upgrading but I am pleased now. The design database tool is worth it alone!! The ability to change stitch direction within a shape is also great, plus recognising vector files. As ever the GUR service was faultless
I would recommend this company for there very prompt service.
My only disappointment was a bag I ordered was no longer available but i did get an email on the Monday morning to let me know & with there apologies.
I will be very happy to use them again & recommend others do the same
Contacted GUR by phone and then email, as I needed advice as to which foot was suitable for my machine. I found them very helpful. Walking foot fits my machine and was with me within a few days of ordering. I would definitely use this company again.
