Extremely easy to order and product was as advertised and met requirements.
Would be a 5* rating except for delivery. Advertised as Next Day Delivery. Ordered on 5th Feb, had not arrived by 7 Feb so emailed company. Response received 4 days later on 11 Feb that item was out of stock and then delivered on 12 Feb. Had I received email on 6th Feb that item was out of stock with a forecast date this would have been acceptable

Can not fault this company. I was a little wary of ordering online for such an expensive item, but the sales person was very helpful, gave me a great deal and I received my sewing machine the day after. Absolutely wonderful customer services. The original purchase arrived promptly but developed a fault within a couple of uses. ~the Customer service team were extremely helpful and sent out a new Ruffler the next day, without waiting for me to return the original (now returned).

I am very pleased with the GUR500. The machine was delivered on the next working day and I had information sent for delivery time. It seems well made without being too heavy. It stitches very well and I have tested it on fleece,denim and lightweight fabric.
I had to thread separately and run the threads in opposite directions to twin needle stitch. I have to reduce the stitch for the return buttonhole bar. The buttonhole is very neat. The needle threader is brilliant and works easily,even though I am losing my eye sight.
I am very pleased with the machine and feel that it is excellent quality for a reasonable price.

Telephoned their call centre to see if they would price match and item that we required, decision made in an instant. Price was matched and item despatched the same day. Really impressed by the way the call centre handled everything. I would recommend GUR to anyone . Good old fashioned service with a smile, don't get that very often these days.

I'm very satisfied with the Janome bias tape binder. It's easy to use and gives a good result.

I was dubious about whether it would be worth upgrading but I am pleased now. The design database tool is worth it alone!! The ability to change stitch direction within a shape is also great, plus recognising vector files. As ever the GUR service was faultless

I would recommend this company for there very prompt service.
My only disappointment was a bag I ordered was no longer available but i did get an email on the Monday morning to let me know & with there apologies.
I will be very happy to use them again & recommend others do the same

Contacted GUR by phone and then email, as I needed advice as to which foot was suitable for my machine. I found them very helpful. Walking foot fits my machine and was with me within a few days of ordering. I would definitely use this company again.

Fantastic service from Steven. I made an error when ordering and to was resolved immediately. The machine os a delight. Only been practising so far but very easy to use. The easy lower looper threadet is specially useful for me as being left handed threading overlockers is even more difficult for lefties. Hoghly recommend both mavhone and GUR.

Excellent service and delivery. Jeans machine purchased as a second machine to sew thick fabrics. Basic machine excellent for this purpose but would not like to have this as my only sewing machine.

This is a real 'no hassle' company to deal with. In the last 12 months I have bought a terrific Pfaff Creative sewing machine at an unbeatable price and earlier this month a great Janome 'Coverlock Pro' machine. The packing and courier delivery is absolutely first class - GUR don't skimp.
The on-line site is first class and easy to navigate. Any questions not answered on the site are dealt with by phone easily and quickly. This month I took up their 5 month payment spread - no extra charge, fantastic and meant I got my machine quicker than otherwise.
I am confident that I would never have any difficulty with G.U.R should any guarantee problem arise with my machines.

Have bought from GUR before so was a tried and tested purchase from them. I had rung beforehand so knew that the next day purchase wouldn't apply as Brother machines are direct from manufacturer. Having said that I placed the order on a Thursday and the machine arrived on Monday with appropriate supporting emails to say it was on its way. Have always found GUR to be supportive and helpful so I know that if I did have any queries they could be easily dealt with. Would have no hesitation buying from them in the future.

An easy to navigate website. I found exactly what I wanted and appreciated the information provided. I ordered my machine at 2.30PM and by 3PM had an email telling me it had been dispatched. I received it, as promised, the next day, following an email telling me my delivery slot. The machine was very well packed and in perfect condition. Really impressed by the service I received and delighted with my new machine.

Sadly I didn't have a good experience shopping with GUR!!! I have a 15% off platinum card sent to me from GUR after I had spent around £950 on my 2 first sewing machine. Over christmas I ordered 2 more sewing machines costing just under £1300 using my platinum 15% off for life card GUR had sent to me with my first order!! Firstly I had no warning no email phone call or text from GUR to conform my order the machine just turned up about a week for ordering I noticed no discount was added to my invoice I emailed GUR to ask why but I've had no response back about the matter 2 weeks on. I will not be using this rude company ever again they are very misleading and very unprofessional with dealing with any problems I went to a different company to buy the accesses only spending half the cost I had a much better experience!!!! I will not be buying from GUR again!!!

This was out of stock when I ordered, I was given a date as to when new stock would arrive after Xmas, it came today as promised, such great customer service from GUR, I will definitely be using them again.

What can I say I ordered the sewing machine on Sunday and on tuesday at 12am it was delivered. The machine I ordered was used, new it cost £400 and the cost to me £199 when it arrived on opening it was perfect not a mark on it and you can not tell it had been used, My wife has not used it yet but I am sure she will get a lot of pleasure from it.
