TESTIMONIALS

I have bought from GUR a number times, ranging from a Janome 8900 Sewing Machine to additional feet and attachments, and without exception the service has been first class. All the staff are polite, patient, and go out of their way to be helpful. The delivery service is also excellent, receiving items either the next day or within a day or 2. The range of products is excellent - you are always the first people I go to and you always have what I need. Thank you and long may you be in business. Sheila Belcher.

First class service from G.U.R. Excellent company to deal with. Very professional and no stress whatsoever from ordering to delivery. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant Service, ordered over the week-end , delivered early Tuesday morning.

I would recommend GUR to anyone looking to buy a machine or any other sewing aids. The online order site is so easy, delivery is quick and arrives when they say it will. Their prices are very competitive. Overall, a very good company to deal with. My machine is lovely and very good value for money.

Excellent service, competative pricing and very good rates for postage overseas.

Excellent service. Order delivered on the nominated day at the stated time. It was possible to track the delivery progress in my area within 15 minutes and the courier was very cheerful and helpful carrying the parcel up to our flat on the 1st. floor. Thanks all round.

Highly recommended... knowledgeable staff, unhurried service offered with no pressure to buy, opportunity to try out all machines in comfortable layout ( upstairs - no lìft available )
I know that I left having bought the best machine for me at the best price. Thank you and Bless You GUR

This will come in useful, although not for my Janome sewing machine. I have already used it for other things, however, and have found a real gem in GUR. Will be returning to this site on a regular basis.

As usual service was efficient and friendly.

Excellent service. I broke a foot for my sewing machine the day before I was due to go to France for two months. The new foot was sent special delivery and arrived before I left for the ferry. Couldn't have asked for more.

Item arrived super quick. Perfect

Excellent service as usual. Great prices and quick service. Thank you

Excellent service.

I purchased the Brother L14 machine and had it delivered to Bulgaria from the UK. Great service from GUR. I was kept informed of the destination of the sewing machine every step of the way. It arrived after only 5 days and i was thrilled with it. Its a fantastic machine and is worth every penny. Its absolutely perfect for my needs. Highly recommended.

I did experience som very good service as I had ordered twice by mistake and your company rectified my order. I am now using this lovely Creative spool stand. Thank you and I hope to do more shopping with you at a later date.

I am really delighted with my new sewing machine and enjoying trying out quilting attachments which were included in the purchase. I found the website very easy and efficient to use and the machine arrived the day after purchase which was excellent. I would certainly recommend G.U.R. sewing machines to anyone looking to buy a new machine. Thank you so much.

V quick delivery. V good value. Essential for everyone who sews

My dream sewing machine at the lowest price I have seen anywhere! It arrived very quickly and also came with a great free gift. I would recommend this company to anyone and will continue to use them for my spares and sewing needs. Well done G.U.R, keep up the good work!

I am extremely satisfied with both the service and the machine. It
arrived promptly and securely, congratulations on an excellent service.

Thank you Mrs C Swindlehurst.

The parts are genuine Pfaff products , and help to provide additional tension in the fabric when used in addition to the standard set supplied with the metal hoop.
Working well!

Really good in every way expert advice ,quick delivery ,goods packaged well would highly recommend this company

Such a great sewing box, perfect for all my sewing needs. Very fast delivery service. I had searched everywhere to find something suitable and at a reasonable price.

Arrived quickly. Discounted at checkout :-) excellent service from GUR as usual. Thank you.
Product takes a bit of getting used to having been used to original up and down with the needle free motion foot. I bought this because the original foot was too low to go over the top of my stuffed embroidery, but this foot did not solve that problem. However for a uniformly thicker fabric it will be just the job.

I love this bag. I had searched everywhere to find one as my machine is now a discontinued line. It arrived on time and flat paced. I just had to arrange the padded and reinforced sides into the canvas trolley then fasten it in place with the cleverly designed velcro binding for it to transform into a sturdy bag for my much loved 7300. As this machine is similar to the Janome 6600 I think it would fit that too. Recommended. Especially at this bargain price which was discounted again at checkout. Thanks GUR!

As usual , service was excellent , great shop, great staff,,,,,,just great :)

Having spent some time researching which overlocker to buy I chose the Pfaff Hobbylock 2.0. I already have a Pfaff Quilt Expression 4, and have been seduced by their quality and ease of use. The Hobbylock is no different. For the money you get all the utilities of a more expensive machine, but it remains easy to use, light and quick to set up. Comes ready threaded and good to go. I went from blanket edging to satin underskirts with nothing more than changing the thread cones. Hassle free. And when it came to which retailer to buy from, I chose GuR. This is my second purchase from them and once again the service was flawless. Email queries were answered promptly, delivery overseas was fast and free. They could not be beaten on price or on quality of service. Highly recommended. Very much like the Hobbylock itself.

I am very pleased with my Pfaff. The day after I ordered I was told by phone that that particular machine was no longer available Was then offered another machine same make and model but they were awaiting delivery. Was informed it might be a week. To my amazement my machine was delivered the following day as their delivery arrived early. Excellent service!!
