Low price, good communication, quick delivery at a very reasonable price even for international shipping. Could you ask for much more? When delivery wasn't done the way it should have (not GUR's fault, the coureier company messed up) they immidiately checked into it, and it was swiftly resolved.

The delivery service was second to none. The order was placed from Spain via the Internet on Friday morning, and dispatched the following day, i.e. Saturday. The courier service to Spain was swift and we received a telephone call the day before deivery to agree a convenient meeting place, given that we live in the countryside (or "Campo" as it is known here in Spain). On the day of deivery the phone range to advise a time and the delivery of our new sewing machine went very smoothly. We will definately use G.U.R. again for all additional requirements. 2nd Feb 2010 - impressively fast delivery service of my Pfaff 3 Select (IDT) sewing machine (within 24 hours!). Also thoughtful advice given in response to my email about my requirements. Would have liked an official receipt enclosed though, as my only proof of purchase is the email confirmation as I was unable to open the online invoice.

Having bought a quilting foot for my Pfaff machine I knew just who to go to when I decided to buy my Babylock Wave overlocker. I phoned GUR Sewing Machines on Thursday and the Babylock was delivered to my office first thing on Monday morning. What absolutely FANTASTIC SERVICE you get from this lovely Company. I recommend them to all my sewing friends. I was fully confident in booking and paying over the telephone - I am delighted to do busines with GUR. Delivery took long and correspondence was difficult, but it worked out in the end. Got my brother innovis in january and been happily sewing ever since.
