The quarter-inch foot was despatched promptly and I was kept informed at each stage of the order process. I have not had time to "play" with my new piece of equipment but I fully expect it to do exactly what it should - ie provide a consistently accurate quarter-inch seam!

31st January. I waited quite a while for the sewing box but it arrived safely, very well packed and I'm very pleased with it. I was out for the first delivery but redelivery was arranged quickly and efficiently.

I ordered my overlocker over the phone and it arrived very promptly. I am new to overlockers and had a few initial problems with the stitching but each time I rang the staff were very very helpful. Palma was very patient with me and explained everything carefully to get my machine working properly, he couldent have been more helpful . So I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I know that if I have any problems I can ring and get some help which other companies do not always offer.Incidentally it was not the machine that was at fault it was the novice user and the the satin sheen material!!

I ordered the Janome Coverpro 1000DX for my wife, who is very pleased with it. We received prompt and efficient service, and would use again.

I am not very happy at all. I placed the Order on the Internet on the 11th January, and it didn't arrive until the 22nd January. It was only coming from Birmingham, and I am in Coventry. Also one of my items was missing, the Bobbin Thread, which I needed the most.

The sewing box,needles etc arrived the next day after I was e-mailed that it had been depatched.The sewing box was a relacement for one I have used several years and I am very pleased with the quatlity of the box and I am sure it will give many years service.

I cannot comment because I have not recieved my Pfaff embellisher ordered 14th of Jan'.E-mails regarding correct invoices have been ignored as well as e-mails asking for information before buying have been ignored..... I ordered a Pfaff 4 Select (Display Model) on Friday and it was delivered to Valencia, Spain on Wednesday in just 4 business days. I have been very impressed with the service. The machine, ordered on a Sunday, arrived on Tuesday morning. I already possess an embellisher machine, but find the Janome FM725 a useful addition because of the ease of use of the pressure foot. The information and samples shown on the DVD were very useful, however, as I do not use a computer myself, I would dearly like to have a printed version of the advice it contains if that is possible.
