A bit confusing about when the machine would be delivered as your email said despatched but took nearly 48 hours to deliver.
Also I now have 2 extension tables, one in the machine box and one with the quilting set - why? who needs two for goodness sake?
The machine would not start when it was first unpacked, quite a disappointment but after about 10 mins it came to life, touch wood, still working wonderfully well.
Yes I would order from you again as you supplied the goods I wanted at a reasonable price.

I am delighted with my new purchase and have used it everyday to produce face masks for friends and family. I was initially panicked when I received a message saying it was "out of stock", after I had paid for it, but GUR managed to get Janome to ship directly to me so I had it within three days of placing the order.
What can I say....first class service, ordered at 1:30 in the afternoon and my Brother innovis 15 arrived the next day, superb!

GUR stated this order was going to take a while to arrive, which wasn't a problem - the order arrived today, 14 May - thank you for the priority allocation.

I was extremely impressed with every aspect of my purchase. Ordering and payment were simple and straightforward and my new machine was delivered by courier the very next day, despite the fact that it was during the Covid-19 lockdown. The needles arrived within a week and seem to improve sewing on jersey fabric. This was a Godsend during lockdown, when shops are shut and I’m trying to make face-masks!
I placed an order with the intentions of receiving my items next day as the website stated , I understand there are some delays at the moment but to place an order which I had to chase to then receive an email a further week later to advised my products weren’t out of stock isn’t great.

The Innovis-15 has so far been fantastic, easy to set up and sew with, and the free bag has come in very handy. Thank you for the speedy delivery service, Ive been very happy so far, with one cushion done and a start made on a quilting blanket. I'd recommend this machine to anyone, much easier than any manual machine.

I love this machine. It is easy to thread and change feet. I like its shape and compact appearance. The stop start feature is very useful as is the needle threading feature. All in all, a very nice little machine

First off all thank you for this excellent service and really great gast delivery!!! Especially in this strange times we are now living in. I received my goods in perfect condition can not wait to start cutting in to the beautiful fabric to start making my project. My embroidery extension table is perfect and exactly what I didnt to make my motion movement embroidery motifs much more professional. Last not least the best until last wanted to invest in a blind hammer since I belonged my industrial sowing machine and I'm I glad I waited this has been a delight to work with still trying it out getting used to it etc but so far so good. Item shown in stock on website, but it wasnt available, and didnt know when it would be, so had refund which came through very quickly so had to reorder from another website which was a bit more expensive.it would be helpful GUR if items not in stock would be shown if they in or out of stock.

Shopping with GUR was a pleasure, the items I required were in stock and took around a week to arrive which seems to be much quicker than other suppliers at the moment. I am currently making scrubs for the NHS so I will probably need a lo more needles and GUR will definitely get my custom.

Unfortunately there was a problem with delivery as the package went missing but this was quickly addressed by GUR. As the machine ordered was out of stock I was offered a refund or upgrade at no extra cost and the replacement arrived next day. Great service, thanks.

To be honest, I'm not very pleased with the Jaguar machine. It sews well, but it's very noisy and there's continual shaking and vibration from the bobbin when sewing. My old Brother machine, which is more than 20 years old is actually quieter. The start / stop button is also unpredictable and either carries on sewing when I try to stop, or it doesn't start at all when I press the button. Quite disappointed.....
