Have wanted an overlocker for a long time but was unsure which model to get. Spoke to Palma who is incredibly knowledgeable. Ordered the machine on Friday and delivered on a Saturday. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend and love my machine.

I ordered my jaguar overlocker on Friday morning, the one I ordered and paid for was not available but within minutes of placing the order I was contacted by GUR advising me of such and offering me the next model up for no extra charge.
My overlocker was delivered the very next day ~ absolutley delighted with the service and would highly recommend

I have just ordered a computerised sewing machine which I am told will be delivered tomorrow. Excellent service .

My order was taken in a timely manner and customer service was prompt and helpful. I received a call each day there was an update and was kept apprised of everything. I had a problem with the machine and they directed me to the proper warranty channel. I also had some items missing from my original order and they posted them for me within a day.

Superb place to deal with, verry knowledgable and helpful, they posted the hoop tom the day I purchased it so it was not their fault that Royal Mail took a fortnight to deliver it. The hoop is just what I wanted and I highly recommend GUR

Excellent service and advice for an overlocker novice who wasn't really sure which machine to buy for sewing NHS scrubs. Machine was sent extremely quickly so that I could get going and they gave me a free gift of a set of additional feet, which one day I hope to master! The machine itself was easy to use, coming pre-threaded, and I am sure that GUR would have given me any further advice I needed - Palma even answered my questions at the weekend. Overall, despite being ordered at a challenging time for business, this was a seamless and successful transaction - many thanks.

I would have appreciated an anticipated delivery date as I wanted the stretch needles for a particular project and it would have been useful to know an estimated date of arrival.

I would NEVER buy from them again. I agreed to wait for my order placed 25th January to be restocked but I didn’t agree for them to then ignore me completely. I tried to contact them through Facebook i emailed them countless times and I even tried to phone them.I was angry to see my item back on the website and they hadn’t contacted me.It took them up to end of April to finally refund me. NEVER AGAIN

Well I finally picked a sewing machine and took the plunge with Janome. since buying it last week I have gone and ordered more feet. It comes with GREAT additions including the quilting pack so you wont need much but there was just a couple of extras I wanted.
This is my first computerised machine I love it is a small way of describing how much I love this machine. I have had simple machines but this is fabulous even tells you which feet you need for each stitch nice reminder. LOVE LOVE it Thank you GUR for your fast delivery. Happy sewing everyone.

Very pleased to find the small spare part I wanted online. Quick delivery time and carefully wrapped. Suggest you add a business card or flyer that we could keep in our sewing boxes for next time.

Speedy despatch even in these very trying times. Delivery was delayed in the post but that again is due to the times we are living in at the moment. I was very pleased at the purchase of the machine during the coronavirus problems. The company were very accommodating ands made a plan which suited both parties.

However, on unpacking the machine it was founds that the needle threader had come unattached from the machine and we have been unable to replace it or find any detail about how to proceed within the booklet provided.

It has also been difficult to contact the company due to the coronavirus problems currently affecting all companies. We are sure that this problem will be resolved once the current situation is over.

Ordered many things online since the start of our lockdown, and this has been the only thing to arrive so far! Very impressive delivery time - many thanks

I ordered this sewing machine for my niece (Rosie Packer) as a replacement for one we could not get working. Difficult to see what the problem was as I live in Portslade and she lives in Worthing! Remote diagnostics not working this time.

The one I originally wanted was out of stock and you kindly let me have this one for the same price.

I ordered it on the 6th and it was delivered as promised on the 7th .

Thank you so much for your excellent service . I received both machines very quickly . I bought the ones you advised and am very pleased. They are both being used daily to make scrubs and laundry bags for the nhs. 150 bags and 10 sets of scrubs so far with more to do .
