Machine seems to work great so far. It does nice tidy hems and it is easy to use. It is quite quick on the pedal but with time I should get used to it.

When I phoned to check which one was right for my machine the man I spoke to was so helpful and knowledgeable. He told me which one was right and refunded the wrong one. Spare feet were the right ones for my Janome but I did have trouble finding the accessories in the website. Arrived in good time as I knew it would be a time ordering Christmas Eve!

Biased in favour of Brother. I love this machine. Purchased the Innovis F480 shortly after its introduction many years ago. Sadly in October of 2023 she met with a fatal accident. Looked at various machines in the range, decided the F580 would meet my needs. I can download and/or purchase additional embroidery designs as and when, A wide range of stitches to suit everyone from utility to embroidery and alphabets . Easy to use and understand. A novice could sew within an hour. There is guidance built into the machine. The manual is easy to read and follow, read through it first and try things out. Probably additional help on YouTube which I don't use. Staff at GUR were polite and helpful, delivery was as stated on time. Lovely, polite delivery man who said "I bet Santa is glad he's not delivering this!" It is a considered purchase but the F580 is worth every penny and more. Not yet used PE Design2 which came with the machine, look forward to trying it. My young kitten loved the packaging and he played with it for hours. Thank you. Seasons greetings to all.

I ordered this part for a Brother machine, for a fair price and it was delivered seamlessly.

I subsequently placed a second order which I had to cancel and this was handled right away and payment refunded.

I had been given the Janone sewing machine by a family member no longer able to use it, with it was a bag of accessories. I was about to replace a zip in a garment and discovered the accessories did not fit a Janone! Drama was averted when I found your website, easily found the appropriate foot and ordered it. A few days later it arrived. Very good outcome!

Bought Novum q 9 Pro machine like it surprised how quite it runs think the needle threader could do with a bit of work doing on it to make it easier but getting used to it. Still waiting for my extension table though .There was a mix up with the address's not GUR fault mine spoke to lovely man and he changed address so table could come to right address. I'm still waiting in vain afraid .

Love this Machine think automatic threader could be a bit better than it is but I soon got used to it .I was surprised at just how quiet it runs and stitches really well . But still waiting for my extension table to arrive .

Having just taken up quilting, after many years of other types of sewing, I purchased this foot for my existing Janome 4300 QDC. Ordering was easy and it was delivered swiftly and securely on time at a very reasonable price.
Fitting it was simple and it has performed flawlessly as I made my first full size quilt. In fact I now wish I'd had one years ago for sewing stretchy and slippery dance fabrics.
I can thoroughly recommend it to anyone with a compatible machine that wants to sew without struggling to keep their fabric layers aligned.
Next time I need any optional extras for my machine I'll be checking here first.

This was the best deal I could find for this extension table. Fast delivery and I would order from GUR again. The table fits well, with two legs to help with stability.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the machine so it had to go back to brother. But the guy from GUR was so kind and helpful and I wouldn’t think twice to buy from them again.

I ordered a sewing machine extension table and fabric to make an overnight bag. The fabric arrived very quickly. I queried the delay in the extension table. The reply was almost immediate and informed me that the item was to be custom made and sent direct form supplier (Horn). Superb customer service. The table arrived within a week. I recently purchased a new overlocker & sewing machine from GUR and have always found them to be very helpful.
Only issue I had with this order was with DPD who kept cancelling the delivery,even though I’d paid for next day. Finally got 4 days later .

I have wanted an overlocker for a while when someone on the Great British Seeing Bee Facebook group recommended the Brother 2140D.
GUR were offering the best price (plus a free bag) and quick delivery. As it was a bit of an impulse decision I used Klarna to spread the payments over 3 months. Delivered very quickly. No problems at all.
I just need to learn how to use it now.

Fab bobbins that fit the novum quilting machine which I love. I always use a separate battery bobbin winder, as preference and they wind perfectly wound with that. Good quick response to my email asking if fit machine. Very happy with the machine and bobbins

I wont be using it that much, which is why I bought a cheaper machine but considering all things its great and does the job. Fits in well with my other three machines, heavy duty, overlocker, my lovely Bernette and now this beastie. .

Delighted with my Jaguar. I was not familiar with this brand when I saw GUR advertising it on Pinterest, but I was intrigued to look further as I am familiar with GUR having bought an over locker from them previously and found them to be a reliable company. What attracted me to the Jaguar is it’s fantastic threading system. I am elderly and my needle threading is iffy let alone my fumbling fingers. I was able to follow the instructions easily and was threaded up and sewing again in no time. Jaguar has made it possible to continue my sewing addiction of 50+ years. I’m excited about learning new skills incorporating the many stitch options and button holes. I’m sewing with my Jaguar every day since I bought it and it goes like a dream. I would not hesitate to recommend GUR and my Jaguar.

The ordering process was very smooth and delivered in a reasonable time frame but I did feel that the p&p charge was very expensive for such a small piece that was packed in a small poly bag and then a small postage bag. Will watch what I buy from this company in future.

GUR were efficient and everything proceeded smoothly as far as I can tell. My lovely new machine was despatched from them in time. Annoyingly my experience with ParcelForce was less stellar. My machine was shown as out for delivery on the collect day, along with an impressive link to a local map, allededly showing where the driver and package was. It was due in an hour slot just after 4pm. When it did not arrive by end of day I figured that it woud be out for delivery next day. When by 11am next day it did not show out for delivery I started the game of trying to find a contact number to chase my machine. After a fair bit of detective work, and some luck, I got through to a pleasant lady who said she though the package was back out for delivery, but it didn't show no her screen!!
The sewing machine finally arrived later that afternoon, but sadly I had already had to leave, so my daughter got the excitment of unpacking!
Obviously this was beyond the control of GUR, but I IMPLORE them to consider using DPD perhaps as an alternative, as the inflexiblity of ParcelForce must cause problems to other customers.
GUR still get 5 stars for a quick despatch and a well packed, lovely fun sewing machine!

The foot works fine but there was a problem with postage. I know the postal system is a mess but I upgraded my postage. Sadly it didn’t arrive on the day specified and a customer’s order was delayed. GUR kindly refunded my postage. I will buy from them again.

My Janome HD9 is a great machine.
You sometimes need to adjust the thread tension when using different thread's.
This is not a problem and there are lots of YouTube videos on line
