I would NEVER buy from them again. I agreed to wait for my order placed 25th January to be restocked but I didn’t agree for them to then ignore me completely. I tried to contact them through Facebook i emailed them countless times and I even tried to phone them.I was angry to see my item back on the website and they hadn’t contacted me.It took them up to end of April to finally refund me. SORRY! Soon as Brother Uk informed us, we informed you as below. If the item from Brother had arrived in April, Yes we would have contacted you. If you had asked for a refund when we posted the email, Yes we would have refunded.

We were emailed by yourself on the 20/04/20 asking for a refund and Yes it was refunded straight away, we have had no need to hold on to £16.99 for no reason at all.

Well I finally picked a sewing machine and took the plunge with Janome. since buying it last week I have gone and ordered more feet. It comes with GREAT additions including the quilting pack so you wont need much but there was just a couple of extras I wanted.
This is my first computerised machine I love it is a small way of describing how much I love this machine. I have had simple machines but this is fabulous even tells you which feet you need for each stitch nice reminder. LOVE LOVE it Thank you GUR for your fast delivery. Happy sewing everyone.

Very pleased to find the small spare part I wanted online. Quick delivery time and carefully wrapped. Suggest you add a business card or flyer that we could keep in our sewing boxes for next time.

Speedy despatch even in these very trying times. Delivery was delayed in the post but that again is due to the times we are living in at the moment. I have always been pleased with the items purchased and the efficient service. I will continue to use GUR Sewing for my threads and other machine items. My machines always come from them.

I was very pleased at the purchase of the machine during the coronavirus problems. The company were very accommodating ands made a plan which suited both parties.

However, on unpacking the machine it was founds that the needle threader had come unattached from the machine and we have been unable to replace it or find any detail about how to proceed within the booklet provided.

It has also been difficult to contact the company due to the coronavirus problems currently affecting all companies. We are sure that this problem will be resolved once the current situation is over.

Ordered many things online since the start of our lockdown, and this has been the only thing to arrive so far! Very impressive delivery time - many thanks

I ordered this sewing machine for my niece (Rosie Packer) as a replacement for one we could not get working. Difficult to see what the problem was as I live in Portslade and she lives in Worthing! Remote diagnostics not working this time.

The one I originally wanted was out of stock and you kindly let me have this one for the same price.

I ordered it on the 6th and it was delivered as promised on the 7th .

Excellent customer service 5 star, thank you for getting it to her so quickly she is now sewing again.

Thank you so much for your excellent service . I received both machines very quickly . I bought the ones you advised and am very pleased. They are both being used daily to make scrubs and laundry bags for the nhs. 150 bags and 10 sets of scrubs so far with more to do .

Order proceeded very quickly. Only complaint was the very annoying pop ups on the website. One was the email and the other telling me what other people had bought. Why anybody would think this would interest me I don’t know.

I was impressed with the efficient service, but when I looked at the bobbins they were not the ones that were originally sold with my machine. I spoke to them about it and gave them all the details but after 2 weeks I am still waiting if I can use the bobbins because when I did use the bigger ones in my machine it went wrong and I sent it back to GUR and it wasn't covered by my guarantee because of the use of an incorrect bobbin!! Very disappointed they have not followed up.

GUR REPLY: Sorry but Janome only makes one type off plastic bobbins for there top loader machines and after checking your photograph of the packaging and part number we have posted you the correct bobbins. We would have gladly replaced them if the item was wrong but we unable too as there is no other replacement.

You are welcome to check with Janome and will find out we have provided the right bobbins.

Love this little machine. Very lightweight and easy to thread. Easily overlocks velvet piped cushion covers, and takes up a lot less space than my old industrial machine.
Very good service and delivery, will definitely purchase from you again.
