As ever, super service. The description of the item was so clear, I knew I was buying the correct part. No need to phone for advice. Where would I be without GUR?

I am very happy with my sewing machine accessories. The Janome foot arrived sealed in the brand packaging and I have no doubts about its authenticity. With the free postage from GUR my items were better value overall than from other suppliers. Delivery took a week which was as stated on the delivery confirmation but I felt they could have arrived quicker, given they were small items.

I tried to purchase the maching a couple of times on line without any success so I phoned to purchase it and I was so pleased with the service because it arrived the next day. I absolutely love it. Thank you.

OMG I just love it....though it is now stuck in my front room as rather heavy and every (and I mean every) member of my family have some kind of arm, finger, back, elbow affliction! It is so sturdy and I know I am going to have so many happy years cutting and playing on it. The delivery man was super efficient, friendly and professional and I really appreciate it being checked over before he left. So if you could just send over Arnold Schwarzenegger I'd be really grateful!!
Thanks again,

Jennie Snowden

I would just like to say what a top class excellent service. Friendly and helpful from start to finish. Not had chance to try out my new machine yet but it certainly looks top class. Thank you GUR!!!!!!

Cannot fault the service from GUR. Having previously bought a serger and now the embroidery machine I have been impressed with the customer service and would not hesitate to make further purchase. Also ordered extras and again would not hesitate to place orders for my haberdashery needs.

Buying the pattern was the easy part thanking you very quick delivery now its over to me to do the hardwork!

Very pleased with this overlocking machine. Arrived super quick considering it had to get to France. Already threaded which is excellent as threading is the only tricky part which may need a bit of studying! 5 star service with a 5 star machine. Many thanks.

This machine was ordered on a bank holiday weekend (Saturday), which meant no-one was available to answer any queries until the following Tuesday and the confirmation email did not arrive until the Tuesday due to my order being given 2 different numbers. The order was delivered on the Thursday following the order. The people I spoke to at GUR were very helpful.

Brilliant machine at a great price, easy to follow instructions very clear instructions on how to re thread it.Made a simple dress the next day sewed like a dream and it was so neat and quick

Excellent product, very quickly delivered. Love the service I get at GUR. Palma couldn't be more helpful.

Thank you for sending my Novum Supa Lock so promptly, and for such an amazing price! I am still learning how to use it, but I can already see that it's going to be a huge benefit to my sewing.

Super overlocker, all setup ready to use. Once again efficient delivery arrived on time.

Prompt delivery as promised, keen price and very helpful with telephone enquirer about stock level and when I could expect delivery of the spare part.

Bought an overlocker, at a super price having received an email from GUR.

Really good device to save perfectly good shirts which otherwise would have to be thrown out. Simple but effective

I purchased this fabric paint to paint cycles on a blind which were brown and I wanted them grey to co ordinate the room I was decorating. They now look great and have had several compliments. A very good product and would recommend this product and seller.

I do almost all of my shopping online now so have quite high expectations of customer service. GUR are one of the best. Ordering was easy, delivery quick and the item exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be returning when I save for my gathering foot.

It is the first time I have used your services and I was very satisfied with the prompt attention my order received. I would certainly recommend your company to my friends

Bought this machine after reading reviews and hoping it will be simple to use as I haven't tried it yet. Company easy to deal with and answered my query quickly. Would use again.

Thank you so much for your speedy delivery. This is fantastic for embroidering on towels and I personally recommend buying this product from GUR

Always polite friendly and efficient like shops used to be. I changed my mind after machine was delivered to another brand. There was no hassle with picking up machine and delivery of second one. All went smoothly within a few days. I have used GUR before and they are always like this. .i recommend them most highly.

I have always found GUR to provide excellent service and offer very good prices on items.

This is exactly what I ordered and is perfect for my small textile art pieces. I didn't have to wait long for it either. Overall, I am delighted with the service from GUR.

After original did not arrive a quick call rectified the issue. Friendly efficient staff and speedy dispatch of item means we will certainly use this company again and recommend them without hesitation

The service is excellent, could not fault it in any way, and the Janome 500 E is a dream, a very happy Customer and if need be will always use GUR. Mrs R M Meeney.

I read a previous review saying how good these pre-wound bobbins were so I bought a box of 144 on the strength of that review. I use a Brother PR655 embroidery machine daily and have to say that if GUR can supply these bobbins at such a low price, I will probably never use anything else.

Top quality product, and, strangely enough, I have barely suffered a top or bottom thread break since I started using them. Thoroughly recommended. My wife wants to know if they do them in black as well.

Website very easy to navigate. Check out easy. Good choice of Janome accessories and easy to decide which fits my machine.helpful and useful support element. Superfast delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend this company

I found what I was looking for easily and liked the idea of free postage as I thought this was quite expensive for a paper dress pattern! It was the one I wanted though!

I was delighted with my order. It was good value and made from a user friendly website.

This was my second order and I am very pleased with my purchase and customer services are vey helpful, thank you.

I am over the moon with my new sewing machine it arrived the next day and within the time frame they gave me would recommend this site to anyone that wants to purchase a sewing machine
