Really good device to save perfectly good shirts which otherwise would have to be thrown out. Simple but effective

I purchased this fabric paint to paint cycles on a blind which were brown and I wanted them grey to co ordinate the room I was decorating. They now look great and have had several compliments. A very good product and would recommend this product and seller.

I read a previous review saying how good these pre-wound bobbins were so I bought a box of 144 on the strength of that review. I use a Brother PR655 embroidery machine daily and have to say that if GUR can supply these bobbins at such a low price, I will probably never use anything else.

Top quality product, and, strangely enough, I have barely suffered a top or bottom thread break since I started using them. Thoroughly recommended. My wife wants to know if they do them in black as well.

Good telephone Customer Service (I spoke to Tramayne) and excellent negotiated price:).

After searching several sites and even speaking to people at the different stores who were absolutely no help I came across GURSewingmachines and what a difference...
From first point of call to final purchase the staff were most polite and helpful and kept in touch even to the delivery which gave me a lot of confidence...not yet had chance to try machine but looking forward to it.

I cannot comment on speed of delivery as I was unfortunately away from home when the well packaged items arrived, although I can confirm that a previous order came swiftly. They were exactly as described and I am pleased with my purchases.

Great service. Really only wanted the foot, but added the other products to get free p&p - but somehow missed that! Don't know what I did wrong. Never mind though.

I was nervous of ordering my machine as its delivery destination was G.B to Spain.
The order was processed proficiently, notification of despatch was assuring and it arrived on the day and time specified, 6 days from order. Perfect and officiant.

I am a student who ordered this machine and would just like to say I am very pleased with it. The service was great and it did not take too long to arrive either. The machine arrived in good condition with all the accessories with it, and it's a very sturdy machine that sews pretty much anything you need it to! It was very easy to choose and order and my delivery came in only two days - which was wonderful.

I was asked to buy this item for a friend of mine , who is a quilting tutor and her job takes her out into the public, . She commutes via public transport as some places don't have parking etc , and plans to use the trolley to help her get her machine/tools to her destination. To be honest I havnt seen the item myself , but as she has not called and complained as I know her she will be loving her new trolley. This purchase was perfect. The man I spoke to on the phone was exceptionally helpful. The machine was delivered on my chosen day (free) by a lovely cheerful driver only minutes in to the time slot allocated. The free gifts were a lovely addition. I have not yet used the machine. My only question is about the five year guarantee - no documents were enclosed.

I purchased this machine from the shop, altogether a great experience with Gur sewing! Had a demonstration of the machine and everything was explained very well, from set up to use, and I love the Brother machine! Really easy to use and smooth. A bonus is it is pre threaded so you can start overlocking straightaway!
And the the lovely sales manager included 12 bobbins of thread for the overlocker which was a welcome surprise. Thank you!
