Never bought from GUR before. Absolutely delighted with the service and customer support. There was a problem with the courier ( not GUR's fault) and GUR stepped in and sorted it out perfectly. All in all, this is probably the best online retailer I have ever used, for speed of delivery, customer service and negotiability. I ordered two machines and even though they were already discounted more than any other retailer, GUR even knocked some more of the price off.

Take note, Amazon, if you want to get it right you can learn a lot from this company.

I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED AS IT WASNT WHAT I EXPECTED I WAS TOLD TO RETURN IT WITH PROOF OF POSTAGE IT WAS RETURNED BY ROYAL MAIL TRACKED ON THE IST OF FEBRUARY AND WAS REFUNDED ONLY FOR THE ITEM COST OF £17.98 AND POSTAGE I PAID OF £2.50 WAS NOT INCLUDED I WOULD LIKE AN EXPLANATION PLEASE, I WAS QUITE HAPPY TO RETURN IT AT MY COST SO I REALLY DONT SEE WHY THIS COST TO ME WAS NOT REFUNDED.

Cannot fault this company AT ALL. I have had many dealings with them, from buying machines, to having them serviced, as well buying accessories from them. Their customer service is outstanding, and i would always recommend them to anyone

I have always been more than happy with my dealings with GUR and this transaction continues the experience. The Pfaff clear 1/4inch foot is now part of my kit to excel at patchwork and indeed it is getting me there. Having the correct tools for the job makes ones hobby blissful and GUR is the place to go for all your sewing needs. They also now have lovely fabrics, what more could one ask for.

I found G.U.R. on line whilst looking for a janome supplier. I'd seen the Atelier at a local show.
The service we received at G.U.R. was very engaging and welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend them.
I had occasion to call G.U.R. because the atelier 5, I puchased and delivered on the next Monday, was faulty. They immediately contacted Janome and they delivered another one the following day. Happy to say that one is performing very well.
All in all I am very happy with the service I experienced and would happily return there again.

I am very pleased with purchase. Ordering was extremely easy, I ordered in the evening on the Wednesday and received my machine on Friday morning. It was well packaged and also some free gifts which are very useful. It's a lovely machine but a considered purchase. I got one text to say it's on it's way. I certainly would recommend this company.

My new Pfaff machine arrived next day as promised, well packaged, out of the box the instructions were easy to follow and it is such a joy to use. It makes everything so much easier and faster, so many stitches and features to explore. It was a pleasure to deal with GUR and they were helpful, prompt and fun!

I always find it very easy to find what I am looking for and the orders are very quickly filled.

Dovevamo sostituire la nostra vecchia macchina da cucire Pfaff, secondo tanti pareri le migliori macchine attualmente sul mercato sono le Brother, ma sono molto care in Italia quindi la nostra ricerca si è espansa all'estero. Having purchased items from G.U.R previously, it came as no suprise that I am delighted with their service on purchasing this item.
Delivery was on time, item well packaged.

Good info via phone call and we're happy to use a different method of delivery as I have problems with their usual carrier. Arrived extremely fast.
Only pity was that a foot included was damaged and rather than send a replacement immediately, they asked that the damaged foot be returned first. Given that it's such a small part of th overall cost it would have been nice if a replacement was send immediately. Other than that would definitely use them again

I would highly recommend G.U.R. When unfortunately the item I ordered was out of stock their communication was quick and courteous, and ultimately I received an upgrade due to the long delays. I am so pleased and will continue to support them in the future.

Super service, professional from the start; nothing was too much trouble for the 2 young men that helped me, even to the extent of fetching a brand new machine to show me. Their knowledge of the machines I was interested in was second to none. The website is one of the most helpful I came across, seemed to have a lot more information on it, including videos.

This was my first experience with purchasing from GUR sewing machines but they had just what I wanted and it was in stock. I realised it was a sewing superstore but thought it could have been despatched more promptly, mainly because I was waiting for it. However, I was pleased with the overall service and, when I telephoned to enquire about the order I was told it was on its way. When it arrived it was well packaged and I would certainly have no hesitation in buying from GUR in the future.

Superb service next day delivery. Had a couple of technical questions which they answered perfectly. I didn't receive the instruction book in the box but they emailed me a copy (still waiting for pfaff to send me one). The extension table I ordered was out of stock but they are keeping me informed with delivery progress. Overall great place to buy from would definitely recommend them !

I have bought a sewing machine before from GUR and decided to purchase the HCLASS Husqvarner 100Q as I wanted a smaller machine that I could transport to classes. This machine is lovely and has every thing I want.

I was extremely grateful for the help and advice in buying the needles (code numbers in my machine manual did not match with those on website). The customer services adviser spent a great deal of time ensuring that I got the ones required. The whole order arrived very quickly, and the plexi table was very securely wrapped.

I had already purchased a Husqvarna sewing machine from this site and the price and service was excellent. I was looking for suitable extra bobbins and after receiving a 15% discount code I purchased a few packets as the price was so good. Not sure what the quality was going to be like but I shouldn't have had any doubts as they are excellent quality, not flimsy or poor quality. I will definitely be buying some more.

I'd been after an upgrade for my machine for a while, but found it difficult to justify the cost. I found this machine on auction and managed to get it at a very reasonable price. The machine arrived the next day and so far has been excellent.
