I brought This brother Quilting machine i Love it if you do alot of sewing and quilting this is the machine for you.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a number of sewing machine feet and accessories during a sale but a few were out of stock. GUR informed me straight away by email and I was given the option of a refund or putting them on back-order. I opted for back order (I certainly wasn't going to get them at that price elsewhere). The items were dispatched as soon as available so I received them a lot quicker than anticipated! So pleased with the service, I will definitely be using them again.

I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and excellent quality of the fabric. I have made 16 metres of bunting for a wedding with it and bride and groom are delighted.

Extremely helpful sales person no pressure to buy but knew what I wanted so easy purchase. Negotiated a good discount with a few extra's thrown in!. Next day delivery as agreed.

Only one complaint and its not a GUR issue - would have been helpful if Brother had included a DVD in with machine as would be easier to follow set up on how to use machine as well as a book, but that is just a personal preference. Will have to look on youtube.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase, the guys were super helpful, didn't want my order next day as I wouldn't be home so they arranged delivery on my specified day. Love my new sewing machine too, just what I wanted. Price was the same on most websites but I bought from GUR previously and knew I would get great service.

The Sewing machine and software arrived just after noon next day after my order, delivered by van direct from Brother, excellent service. The additional items were sent by post, and this was not clear when I ordered, but a quick email to G.U.R. asking for clarification set my mind at ease, and they arrived shortly after.
The memory stick can be found inside the accessories box.

I had taken my embriodery machine in for a service, but i had seen this Brother Lx17 online previously, so the staff got one for me to take home in about 5 minute's, plus showed me some alternative's, i still settled for this machine, and im more than happy with it, quiet to use, and can handle a few layers of denim easily, bottonholes well also, i have it for a standby machine, as i sew most day's, and cant be without a machine. A good basic allrounder for anyone, sturdy and easy to use, great haberdashery in stock also

Excellent staff and Brilliant service as usual. GUR is my "go to" store fore anything to do with sewing machines and sewing. I have purchased two machines ( and an extension table) plus several other accessories from them and I am VERY happy with everything.

The Brother INNOV IS 55 was supplied at a very good price and delivered directly from Brother UK within 2 working days. The GUR sales staff were very helpful

The build quality is very good and has a FULL 3 year warranty. All items fully included. You get a lot of technology for half the price of an expensive smartphone !!

 

An outstanding Company to deal with, the customer service department is the best I have ever dealt with. The knowledge of all the staff is outstanding, they know all the product information. On one occasion they did not not the answer but they called me within 30 minutes with the answer, 1st class Company to deal with I will recommend them to all my friends and student at college on the fashion design degree. I needed to order some more needles & feet for my Jaguar sewing machine but was unsure which were the correct ones to buy. I used the online chat and the person was so incredibly helpful and posted me links to each of the pages I needed to go to for the correct needles & feet for my machine.
I have purchased items from GUR a couple of times and I always find the prices are competitive but the customer service is always outstanding.
I can honestly say that I will only be using GUR for any future purchases of machines or machine parts for my sewing and quilting needs

This was an amazing dinosaur picture a great addition to a wig wam I was making for a friends grandson who loves dinosaurs, but likes the real pictures and not the cartoon images that seem to be printed on all fabric. So this fitted the bill very well, as he opened the wigwam the back wall was a real dinosaur scene,as I had sewn it inside.
